Course Overview
This is an one year Beginners course. Learners will: Learn how to recognise pinyin, the official phonetic system for Mandarin pronunciation; Learn to write Chinese characters; Learn five topics in a school year: greetings, numbers, time, asking/giving information, my home and my family Learn study skills and how to use the internet resources to learn Chinese Learn Chinese paper-cutting, calligraphy (optional)
