Course Overview

Students may need access to digital devices and internet to upload video evidence to a platform for assessors. The current Conditions of Assessment continue to apply. For whakarongo standards, students should continue to listen to and view te reo Māori to develop and widen vocabulary. A portfolio approach may provide greater flexibility for student working remotely on Kōrero and Waihanga Tuhinga standards. It enables them to collect evidence of speaking or crafted writing over time and select the two best pieces as evidence for summative assessment. A brief description and purpose of the task should be included. For speaking standards, the guidelines in the standard, Conditions of Assessment and clarifications document continue to apply.
