a practical, hands on Photography course
L2 Photography is a practical, hands on Photography course. Photography students will be selecting a genre of their choice (such as still life) and developing and clarifying their ideas through a photographic study. Students can communicate with the teacher through Zoom, Google mail, and will receive feedback in a timely manner. Photography basics such as lighting, angle, shutter speed, aperture, ISO and focal length will be covered. Your teacher will provide a variety of resources and teaching materials through the use of a shared digital portfolio in Google Docs.

- Historical and contemporary photography
- Camera usage
- Photo production and editing using Photoshop
- Digital layout and printing
In L3 Photography you will study, develop and produce a body of work in the field of digital photography. You will critically engage, evaluate and investigate artistic procedures and practices. Researching the work of historic and contemporary photographers, artists and designers will inform the development of their own ideas. Students can choose their own theme and genre/ or combination of genres.

- Artist model studies of historic and contemporary photography practise
- Photo production and editing using Photoshop
- Digital layout in Indesign and printing
