Course Overview
This course begins with using the Desmos computer software to help graph constraints and find optimal solutions to practical situations, for example the quantities of hand-made and machine-made chocolate required to maximise profit. You will then learn to effectively analyse, display data and structure a report on various types of investigation. This includes using NZGrapher to help make forecasts and find correlations, patterns and trends.

Kelvin ha been an online teacher, teaching Physics for OtagoNet/NetNZ, since it started in 2002. Interests include as a volunteer firefighter, an ambulance officer and supporting an outdoor education centre in the East Matukituki (Mt Aspiring National Park). The Maniototo is a high-country plain, through which both the Central Otago Rail Trail & the Taieri River meander. I work in Milton, South Otago, living at the Fire Station.
